Sadaka is an adept problem solver with over 20 years of experience in consultancy, system design, and project management for business intelligence and data warehousing-related projects. She is a highly skilled professional, who has worked with start-ups and ASX listed businesses across a diverse range of industries, including technology, banking, mining, and real estate. Her expertise in these areas has helped Smartsourcing develop innovative solutions that engage users and drive business outcomes.

Marcus is a seasoned entrepreneur and C-suite executive with a remarkable career spanning over three decades. Throughout his life, he has demonstrated a unique blend of expertise in multiple domains, including commercializing, design, engineering, energy, software, and AI companies. His entrepreneurial mindset, strategic vision, and ability to drive innovation and growth have been critical to the success of Smartsourcing.

Noemi Basi

Director of Customer Experience

Noemi has over 10 years of experience in customer support and client relations, with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science under her belt. She plays a pivotal role in creating a world-class customer experience for Smartsourcing’s clients. She is responsible for developing and executing the vision and strategy that help businesses upscale and thrive.

Ben Quirol

General Manager

Ben is the heart of Smartsourcing. With over 15 years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry and a Master’s degree in Business Management, Ben played a huge role in growing Smartsourcing’s workforce from a humble team of 10 VAs to over 400+ employees in just a little over 5 years. He is responsible for the company’s business development, recruitment, and innovation processes.

Carlos Mampel

Project Mobilisation Manager

Carlos is a noteworthy expert with a strong background in project management. As a key member of the Smartsourcing team, he is responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining a high standard of quality. Carlos holds Master’s degrees in both General Business Administration and Management, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Law. On top of that, he has undergone over 2 years training as an Accountability Coach under the guidance of Monkhouse & Company. Carlos is also passionate about personal and professional development. 

Sarah Henderson

CSR and Communications Manager

Sarah is a multi-talented professional who wears many hats. With over 20 years of experience working on advocacies, brands, and campaigns, she is the driving force for developing and implementing the company’s corporate social responsibility initiatives and managing its communications strategy. Sarah has completed Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications, and holds a certificate in Arts Management and an executive diploma in Talent Management. Sarah has been instrumental in enhancing Smartsourcing’s reputation as a socially responsible and ingenious company.

Court Haas

Global finance adviser

Court is a senior finance executive and United States Certified Public Accountant with over 17 years’ experience. Court’s held senior finance roles with ASX listed businesses Vicinity Centres, Federation Centres and Centro Properties Group as well as EY in both Australia and the United States.

Jason Robertson

Finance Director

Jason has 12 years accounting and taxation experience. Jason is a certified practicing accountant, known for his sharp eye for detail which is essential given Smartsourcing’s constant demand for best practice and growth.
