Mike is a born Entrepreneur. He has 20 years experience in Sales, Contact Centre Management and Enterprise Outsourcing. Mike worked the career ladder in one of Australia’s most successful outsourcing businesses which during his 5-year tenure grew from 500 to 4000+ staff and won the Aon Hewitt’s Employer of the Year 3 years running. This experience steers much of the Smartsourcing framework for team building and high performance. Mike brings with him a big vision with a meaningful difference that is the driving force of a well rounded and diverse executive team.
Sadaka is a problem solver. She has 20 years experience in consultancy, system design and project management for Business Intelligence and Data warehousing related projects. She has worked with start-ups and ASX listed businesses across technology, banking, mining, and real estate. Sadaka is passionate about the transformational behaviours made possible through smart analytics and gamification.
Court is a senior finance executive and United States Certified Public Accountant with over 17 years’ experience. Court’s held senior finance roles with ASX listed businesses Vicinity Centres, Federation Centres and Centro Properties Group as well as EY in both Australia and the United States.
Artem is an Australian National living in Cebu. Artem has 17 years of experience in delivering IT infrastructure solutions to the SME & Enterprise sector. Artem demonstrates a knack for problem-solving and providing value-add services in IT and infrastructure support. He is a well networked and respected figure in the Cebu & Manila business community.
Noemi has 8 years of experience in customer experience and client relations. As our Head of Client Experience, Noemi ensures that all client requirements and expectations are not just met but exceeded. She holds a degree in Political Science and is certified in Six Sigma.
Ben is the dynamic and results-oriented General Manager of People and Culture for Smartsourcing Philippines.
He has ten years of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) experience with key expertise in contact management, business planning, project management, process automation, and HR systems. Ben has been instrumental in introducing the unique culture within Smartsourcing, which balances high performance with well-being. Ben holds an undergraduate and master degree in Business Administration.
