With over 20 years of experience in these domains, he has developed wealth of knowledge and skills that has enabled him to achieve remarkable success in his career. Mike’s experience in this highly competitive industry has been instrumental in shaping the framework for team building and high performance at Smartsourcing. As a natural leader, Mike brings a big vision and a meaningful difference to the executive team.

Marcus Ehrenblad


Marcus is a seasoned entrepreneur and C-suite executive whose remarkable three-decade career spans multiple domains. He brings expertise in commercialization, design, engineering, energy, software, and AI to Smartsourcing. Marcus’s entrepreneurial spirit, strategic vision, and ability to drive innovation and growth underpin Smartsourcing’s success. Additionally, his skilled leadership of Smartsourcing’s infrastructure team ensures a robust technological foundation for all operations.

Mathan Selvaraj


Mathan skillfully guides Smartsourcing’s information management strategies by overseeing the systems and data analytics teams, ensuring the insights they uncover fuel Smartsourcing’s success. He focuses on creating scalable solutions that simplify processes, automate tasks, and provide valuable insights. With a background in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Swinburne University of Technology, and nearly two decades of experience in reporting, he excels in making data tell compelling stories. His can-do attitude and passion for personal development create a positive and collaborative work environment; he empowers his team to grow, building a true sense of community within Smartsourcing.

Ben Quirol


Ben is the heart of Smartsourcing. With over 15 years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry and a Master’s degree in Business Management, Ben played a huge role in growing Smartsourcing’s workforce from a humble team of 10 VAs to over 400+ employees in just a little over 5 years. He is responsible for the company’s business development, recruitment, and innovation processes.

Noemi Basi


Noemi has over 10 years of experience in customer support and client relations, with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science under her belt. She plays a pivotal role in creating a world-class customer experience for Smartsourcing’s clients. She is responsible for developing and executing the vision and strategy that help businesses upscale and thrive.

Kim Du


Kim is the driving force behind Smartsourcing’s seamless technological operations, leading the software development, cybersecurity, desktop support, and network administration teams. With nearly 12 years of industry experience, Kim brings a wealth of knowledge and strategic vision to his role. Kim is a champion of Accountability, one of Smartsourcing’s core values. He believes in fostering a culture where everyone takes ownership, ensuring Smartsourcing’s technology solutions are reliable and consistently exceed expectations. Outside of work, Kimuel is a fitness enthusiast, often training for marathons or exploring scenic hiking trails.

Ferdinand Ang


Ferdie ensures Smartsourcing’s financial resilience and compliance by overseeing all day-to-day operations of the accounting and finance department. His dedication to internal controls safeguards Smartsourcing’s assets and provides a strong foundation against fraud. A sharp financial analyst, Ferdie provides insights that give Smartsourcing’s leadership a clear view of the company’s performance. Ferdie carries over 15 years in the finance industry – from Finance and Accounting Manager to his work in shared service centres supporting international markets. At the core of it all is Ferdie’s unwavering integrity, a value that shapes his decisions and makes him a trusted leader.

Carlos Mampel


Carlos is a noteworthy expert with a strong background in project management. As a key member of the Smartsourcing team, he is responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining a high standard of quality. Carlos holds Master’s degrees in both General Business Administration and Management, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Law. On top of that, he has undergone over 2 years training as an Accountability Coach under the guidance of Monkhouse & Company. Carlos is also passionate about personal and professional development. 

Henry Ceniza


Henry is the mainspring of Smartsourcing’s thriving workplace culture. Henry began his career in the fast-paced BPO industry with a strong foundation in psychology from his BS degree. Earning  the role of HR Generalist at the age of 21. Shortly after, Henry seamlessly transitioned into the world of training, spending five years in learning and development. With over 16 years of experience, Henry’s diverse background encompasses recruitment, leadership, and his passion – merging learning and development with human resources. An avid runner, he loves the challenge and satisfaction of completing marathons.


Court Haas


Court is a senior finance executive and United States Certified Public Accountant with over 17 years’ experience. Court’s held senior finance roles with ASX listed businesses Vicinity Centres, Federation Centres and Centro Properties Group as well as EY in both Australia and the United States.

Jason Robertson


Jason has 12 years accounting and taxation experience. Jason is a certified practicing accountant, known for his sharp eye for detail which is essential given Smartsourcing’s constant demand for best practice and growth.
